For this tiny house I was given the layout and specifications for the design to be 80% sustainable, functional, and unique. I chose to design with a rustic and modern feel to the space and using all reclaimed wood. Water pressures, lighting, and utilities were studied and made to be sustainable. A rendered floor plan and two rendered elevations are included and with choices of furniture and finishes in the spaces.
