This project I was given a building shell located in Golden, Colorado. The building was to be designed for a senior living facility with some required spaces. The required spaces were to be a cafe, salon, theater/multi-use area, family space, a gym, and residents rooms. The focus areas which are rendered below is the cafe, family meeting space, and a theater/multi-use area.
